Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Golden Pixel Solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships for our digital marketing services. You’ll collaborate closely with the telecalling team and contribute directly to achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, calls, emails, and networking.
Understand client business needs and challenges through research and interaction.
Present and sell digital marketing solutions such as SEO, website development, social media marketing, video production, and more.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
Work closely with the telecalling team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Prepare sales reports and regularly update the management on progress.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Eligibility & Requirements: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred (experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency is a plus).
Must have a bike with a helmet and a valid driving license.
Must own a laptop.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with local travel for client meetings.
Attractive performance-based sales commission.
Petrol allowance for field visits.
